Atharv Windlass is a student at the Shri Ram School, Moulsari, who has a personal inclination towards understanding the domain of economics for how it informs the world as such. Besides economics, he has also been developing his acumen in solving advanced mathematical problems and learning about human behavior as part of his school curriculum. In addition to his school curriculum, he has been a student at the Johns Hopkins University, Center for Talented Youth for the course that focused on behavioral economics, gaining a foundational and an elaborate understanding of human economic behavior and ways of addressing the same.
Alongside his academic accolades, Atharv is also a certified leader who participated in the Ananta Aspen Leadership program (2025) to hone his communication skills, collaboration strategies, and sporting abilities. For the value that he discovered in being a socially responsible leader, Atharv eventually launched the “OnBoard” project to reach out to those students who are socioeconomically challenged being in the EWS category. His wish to bring education to the homes of such students stems from his continuous thinking about how economic upliftment can be brought about for able individuals if they are given the right space and resources to gain education.
Being inclined both musically and towards sport, Atharv has also had a sustained interest in basketball and guitar as well. Having a training that spans about eight years, he has helped his team secure a position in the top three ranking across events like the U-14 State Basketball tournament (2023), U-14 ISSO Basketball tournament (2023), U-19 ISSO Basketball tournament (2024) and the like. With a training of four years, Atharv holds an equal level of proficiency in guitar because of which he has taken proactive volunteering efforts at training younger underserved students at NGO schools in the basics of the instrument.
